EYELIDS (Blepharoplasty)
Blepharoplasty or eyelid surgery is one of the most satisfying patient procedures. It is a short, simple outpatient procedure with dramatic improvement in appearance with minimum healing time. During the procedure, Dr. Chisholm conservatively removes excess skin and tightens the excess lax tissues. Excess fatty deposits that are causing fullness are removed. In addition to removing excess tissue, the native tissues are sculpted back into their natural position and normal volume is replaced.
The upper eyelid blepharoplasty is one of the most frequently performed procedures and is very esthetically pleasing for patients.
The lower eyelid blepharoplasty is also one of the most commonly performed procedures and is very esthetically pleasing for patients.
The goal of Dr. Chisholm’s eyelid surgery is to restore the patient’s eyelid to it’s natural, youthful appearance.

BROWLIFT
Dr. Chisholm performs a brow lift endoscopically with three small incisions. No hair or scalp is removed during this procedure. The brow lift is often combined with the upper eyelid blepharoplasty to produce an esthetically pleasing, natural results. This procedure allows the patient to comfortably have a brow lift without any visible or detectable scarring, no hair removal or hair loss and rapid recovery. The endoscopically performed brow lift, unlike it’s predecessor, will not raise the brow higher than the brow would naturally appear. Therefore, results are natural and esthetically pleasing.

RHINOPLASTY/NOSE SCULPTURING
Dr. Chisholm believes that the nose should blend naturally into the patient’s face. Dr. Chisholm believes that the goal of rhinoplasty is to make the nose esthetically pleasing while minimizing surgery. The width and the shape of the tip of the nose are frequently addressed along with the width of the base of the nose. Excess bumps or humps are also removed. The cartilage is reshaped for a more pleasant appearance. The patient will be expected to wear a small dressing for approximately 5-7 days after which they can resume normal activity.
