LIPOSUCTION/LIPOSCULPTURE
During liposculpture, fat cells are removed from the surgical sites and the area is reshaped. The fat cells that are removed are permanently removed.
The area that is liposuctioned is often resistant to the effects of diet and exercise. Dr. Chisholm uses both ultrasonic and tumescent techniques to reduce tissue trauma and minimize postoperative discomfort as well as maximizing esthetic results.

MIDFACE/SUBMALAR/CHEEK AUGMENTATION
Cheek/midface and submalar augmentation are some of the most esthetically pleasing results available to patients. The results are permanent with tremendous enhancement of the patient’s appearance. The goal of submalar, malar or shell implants is to balance a patient’s face as well as restore their look to their natural appearance as it was 10-20 years previously. The implants do not change a patient’s look but instead are used to restore a patient to their previous appearance in a very natural esthetically pleasing manner. Dr. Chisholm prefers to naturally restore a patient’s appearance, not change it.
Augmentation of the midface with submalar or shell implants is one of the most important procedures that a patient can have performed. Recovery times are short, bruising is minimal and swelling is quickly resolved. The goal of the surgery is to restore a patient’s look, not change their look. A benefit of the implants is not just rejuvenation of the idface area, it also rejuvenates the lower eyelids and the tear trough (circles under lower lids).

CHIN AUGMENTATION
Chin augmentation is one of the simplest and most pleasing procedure a patient can do if they have a weak or receding chin. The chin implant is easily placed through a small incision and is permanent. The goal of the chin implant surgery is not to change the patients appearance but to balance the facial appearance and to provide definition to the neck, jaw and region below the jaw.

LIP AUGMENTATION

The patient has a choice of several very simple procedures to enhance the lips for many years.
