Laser Skin Resurfacing/Smoothing

Dr. Chisholm prefers the laser for skin resurfacing and utilizes the most up-to-date lasers including the Sciton Erbium laser. The patient’s previous appearance can be quickly and conservatively unveiled. Unlike previous lasers such as the CO2 laser, the sciton Erbium laser offers the patient a quick recovery with minimum postoperative discomfort. Many other options for skin resurfacing are also available in Dr. Chisholm’s office including chemical peeling, lunchtime and nonablative lasers.

Laser Hair Removal

Laser hair removal is one of the most commonly performed procedures. It is a simple lunchtime procedure. Dr. Chisholm uses the most technically sophisticated and current lasers for the removal of hair in the unwanted areas. The hair removal laser is utilized to treat the patient’s hair follicles with the result of being significant reduction or complete reduction of hair in the indicated region.

Sun Damaged Skin: Red and Brown Spot Removal

Dr. Chisholm uses one of several lasers to treat the red and brown discoloration of the patient’s skin along with associated sun damage and spider veins. This treatment can be done in 5-10 minutes as an outpatient lunchtime procedure in the office. There is no anesthesia required and the patient’s healing time is measured in minutes.

Skin Care

Skin care is provided by Dr. Chisholm and his highly trained staff of skin professionals. Treatments include antioxidant skin peels, alpha hydroxyacid peels, massage, facials, photo facial, IPL and many more. All care is under the supervision of Dr. Chisholm.
